Delos may collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) or non-personally identifiable information.  PII is information that personally identifies you, such as your name, telephone number, postal address and email address (or other information that is associated by us with such information), and non-personally identifiable information is information that does not personally identify you, including anonymous information and aggregated data about visitors to our Site.  Information can be collected if you submit it to us or it may be collected through technology.

a. Information submitted by you

At times, we may ask you to provide information about yourself in order to better serve you.

To Join Our Mailing List, Submit a Question or Request a Speaker:

If you sign up on this Site to join our mailing list and receive updates, if you request that one of our team members speak at your event, or if you submit a question, we will collect, store and use your email address to send you such information. We will also collect and store your name, as well as other personally identifiable information you may opt to provide to us, such as your postal address and telephone number.

To Download a Research Report:

In the event, you wish to download a research report from our Site, we may ask you provide an email address, your name and profession, which will allow us to provide you additional updates and notify you about new downloads that become available.

To purchase products at the Stay Well Shop:

In order to purchase a product at the Stay Well Shop at, you may provide name, title, address, phone number, email address, credit card and billing information, and other relevant data. We do not require this information to obtain access to any area of our Sites, however, you are required to create a new account or login as a registered user prior to ordering any products on our Sites.  You are advised to keep your log-in information confidential when using the Site or any other website to which you are disclosing PII.

b. Information collected by technology

We and our agents and service providers may also make use of website “cookies” and other technologies to help you use our services more easily and to help us continuously improve our Sites and our service to you. a. Use and disclosure of PII  

We may use or disclose certain PII we collect about you when you visit and browse the Site as part of our normal business operations, or to send you administrative communications either about your interactions with us or about features of the Site, including any future changes to this Privacy Policy

We use your personally identifying information to assist and speed the completion of transactions on the Sites. We may use your email address to contact you directly regarding services, news updates or products that we believe may be of interest to you. We may also use information collected about your preferences and activities at the Sites, such as the particular pages you request at the Sites and purchases or other transactions you effect through the Sites, and we may vary the content you receive in future visits to the Sites based on your preferences and activities. We may also disclose your personal information to our affiliates and other entities and individuals we engage to perform functions on our behalf and to help us to operate our Sites and business and deliver our services to you. Some of these third parties or service providers may include website developers, attorneys, accountants, clerical staff, website or database hosting companies, address list hosting companies, email service providers, analytics companies, distribution companies, fulfillment companies, and financial institutions (for the purpose of processing credit card transactions). In addition, in the event Delos becomes the subject of an insolvency proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, Delos or its liquidator, administrator, receiver or administrative receiver may sell, license, or otherwise dispose of such information in a transaction approved by the court.

While Delos will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the information it discloses is subject to reasonable redisclosure restrictions, in each of the above situations, the recipients of your data may potentially be located in any country in the world, including those in countries that may not have comprehensive data protection legislation.

b. Use and disclosure of non-personal information and aggregated data

Delos may use non-personally identifiable information and aggregated data to understand better how our visitors use the Site; to measure number of visits, average time spent on the Sites and pages viewed; to provide visitors with customized services and information, and to gather other relevant statistics. Delos collects this information to measure the use of our Sites and to improve the content of our Sites. For example, we may track the number of our users who view certain pages or use certain features or compile the total dollar amount of sales conducted through the Stay Well Shop in a particular geographic region or to track purchasing trends. Such information, and other information we derive from individual users’ information, allows us to continue to grow and provide you with quality information through more accurate marketing and advertising of the Sites. We may share such aggregated information in a manner permitted by law including to other companies with whom we conduct business.


IV. How Can I Opt-out of Receiving Email Communication?

We permit you to opt-out of receiving certain communications from the Sites. We will not send unsolicited messages to you if you indicate that you do not wish to receive such messages. Delos expressly disclaims all liability for any damages, losses or claims of any kind relating to any personal information that you provide to us or others through the Site. When you use any website, we encourage you to protect your information and use precautions including but not limited to using strong passwords, and not sharing your password and account information with any other person.



Our Sites may contain links to other websites, including social media sites, and we cannot and are not responsible for maintaining your privacy once you leave our Site. We attempt to only link to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy. If you provide any information to parties who operate websites that are linked to or from this Site, different rules may apply to their collection, use or disclosure of your personal information. We encourage you to review other websites’ policies before revealing any sensitive or personal information. Under no circumstances shall Delos have any liability whatsoever for the activities conducted by or at any website accessed from or through the Sites.



This Sites is not directed to children (persons under 13 years of age), and Delos does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are concerned about your child’s use of the Sites, you may use web-filtering technology to supervise or limit access to the Sites. If a child under 13 has provided personally identifiable information to us through the Site, a parent or guardian may inform us at the address for notices above, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete it from our database, subject to applicable law and this Policy.



Delos does not track users of the Site over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising, and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser allows you to set the DNT signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

This Privacy Policy is intended to meet the laws and regulations of the United States, and despite the global nature of the internet, Delos makes no claims that the content or the Site are appropriate or may be viewed or used outside the United States. Furthermore, our databases are located in the United States.  By sending us your data, you consent to its transfer to and storage within the United States. Those who access the Site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, rules and regulations.



This Policy is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New York in the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within the State of New York. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DELOS HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE BREACH OF THIS POLICY, HOWEVER OCCASIONED.
